To become a "Qualifying Household" applicants must meet the following requirements:

• An applicant whose household is composed of one or more persons, at least one of whom is 18 years of age and has a physical impairment which:


1. Is expected to be of long-continued and indefinite duration.
2. Substantially impedes independent living.
3. Is of a nature that such ability could be improved with barrier free (wheelchair accessible) housing conditions.
• An applicant whose Annual Income at the time of admission does not exceed the HUD established Very Low Income limit appropriate for the family size.
• An applicant whose household members, age 6 or older, each have a social security number.
• An applicant whose family size is appropriate for a one or two bedroom apartment.
• Applicants must also meet or exceed the Resident Selection Criteria set forth in the Property's policies.
