The City of Big Rapids is offering for sale by sealed bid a parcel of land 164’x150’ at 201 N. Michigan Avenue. This parcel is in the downtown business district, and is zoned C-2. Sealed bids will be received until 2:00 p.m. on Monday, May 13, 2013, in the Office of the City Clerk, 226 N. Michigan Avenue, Big Rapids, MI 49307

Conditions of Sale and Bid specifications are available in the City Clerk’s office. Minimum Bid offer of $75,000 along with other conditions is required

Sealed bid envelopes should be clearly marked “As Is Sale of Land @ 201 N. Michigan Avenue”. The City of Big Rapids reserves the right to accept or reject all or any bids or to waive informalities, and to award the bid in any manner deemed to be in the best interest of the City.
