ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT - CLERK AND TREASURER OFFICE

Full-time, non-union, at-will position.

Under the supervision of the City Clerk provides specialized clerical and secretarial work in support of the activities of the Clerk's Office. Maintains voter registrations, administers permits and licenses, assists in the preparation of all elections. Under the supervision of the City Treasurer, performs responsible administrative and accounting work.

Starting salary $35,452 with full benefit package.

Library Director
Full-time, non-union, at-will position. 

Under the general administrative direction of the Director of Neighborhood Services and policy direction of the Library Board, directs and participates in all operational and professional activities of the Public Library.  Prepares and administers operating and capital budgets, oversees personnel administration, directs the development of the library collection, oversees the delivery of all Library services, and recommends policy and financial considerations to the Library Board.  Complete listing of job duties and requirements are listed in the complete job description.

Salary DOQ $51,573 - $64,125 with full benefit package.

DART DRIVER
Knowledge of the City and a CDL license with "P" endoresment is preferred. Willing to train the right person. Starting hourly rate after training is complete is $12.82, training hourly rate is $9.25.  Part-time, position open until filled.
